Initially, the milk is boiled, then cooled to room temperature. A dollop of curd is mixed into this milk, which is then left to ferment overnight. Upon setting, the curd undergoes a churning process to separate the butter, also known as Makkhan. This butter is gently heated until the water content evaporates, resulting in the formation of milk solids and the production of pure, aromatic Bilona Ghee."
